Nolato Telecom houses fully automated paint lines with two, three and four booths each in up to class 10k/ISO7 clean room environments.
We offer PU and UV painting, soft-touch painting, high-gloss as well as matte surface painting of all kinds of plastic materials, glass-fibre and metal parts.
Instead of fixed spray nozzles, we use four- and fiveaxis spray robots with spindle technology. This means that higher painting quality is achieved with lower material and paint consumption.
The result to you is efficient production at lower costs. In addition, the higher yield reduces environmental impact as well as material and tool investments, and speeds up ramp-up and time to market.
