Metallization gives an atom-layer thick metal surface that is indeed metal, but so thin the layer isn’t conductive. This gives new cosmetic and functional opportunities.
We offer both sputtering and evaporation technologies which allows for optimum flexibility to you. Between the two technologies you have innumerable opportunities.
You can achieve hi-gloss mirror and half-mirror effects and other special design features. You can use any metal, including stainless steel, and you can mix and use several different metals on one piece.
The entire process is done in a clean room, down to class 10k/ISO7, and after the metallization, the parts are moved on to painting to protect the surface without leaving the clean room environment.
